Summary

Achieving operations excellence demands careful planning and flawless execution. But, so many organizations struggle to connect the management steering wheel to the shop-floor tires on the ground. Big-picture strategies don't always make sense at the ground level and vice versa.

During this webinar, we'll discuss how to create and implement an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Process, a roadmap for an organization's future that can consider a range of outcomes instead of a single conclusion. We will provide frameworks for systematically developing ranges to drive decision-making and outcomes from an operational perspective in ways that align big-picture and detail planning.

Key learnings will include:

  • How to consider the range of outcomes rather than the specific destination
  • How to mathematically chain and prioritize decisions to achieve superior outcomes
  • Mechanisms for integrating ranges and sequential decisions into the IBP process
  • How to link  your supply chain with your customers
