Orest Fiume

Orest "Orry" Fiume developed lean accounting techniques and financial statements at the Wiremold Co, where he spent 24 years as CFO. He is co-author of the book "Real Numbers: Management Accounting in a Lean Organization", which won the Shingo Prize. He also co-authored "The Lean Strategy."
