David Harrelson
As the North American Customer Experience Industry Leader for Manufacturing, Automotive, and Life Sciences, I am responsible for working with both our field personnel and clients on transformative thought leadership, capabilities, perspectives, and offerings to address the changing needs of digital customer engagement.
I work with executives to ensure successful marketing initiatives on digital platforms to engage consumers, evaluate marketing budgets, and build digital marketing and commerce capabilities. I aim to apply our strategic insights to boost performance across the value chain and identify new sources of growth through acquisitions or expansions.
My recent work includes:
- Developing a comprehensive digital and sales marketing transformation program for a leading multi-billion-dollar North American manufacturer of networking, connectivity, and cable products
- Delivering a global customer-experience transformation initiative for an international packaging manufacturing company that helped create new digital selling channels, driving over $500 million in net revenue
- Creating a new digital commerce go-to-market channel for a global technology company that helped generate more than $500 million in revenue within three years.
I have over 30 years of professional consulting experience and have worked in a variety of consulting roles across business development, executive management, and digital transformation. I also have expertise in supporting creative design and digital technology enablement in both domestic and international markets.
I have lived, worked, and traveled to more than 45 countries, and I serve on the boards of several NGOs that support orphans in Africa, Europe, and post-Soviet countries. My wife and I have four children and three grandchildren. I love to play watersports and golf.
