Christian Schuh

Christian Schuh is a member of the Operations practice area at Boston Consulting Group. Christian has many years of experience in purchasing and procurement, and has worked with clients in the automotive and technology sectors in Europe, North America, and Asia. He is an acknowledged expert in his field and has written six specialized books on the topic of procurement, most recently "The Purchasing Chessboard," now in its third edition. He supports leading BCG client companies in developing new customer-centric business models with the help of advanced analytics. Before joining BCG, Christian worked for A.T. Kearney and Unilever.
