Merfalen The U.S. Dept. of Energy's Office of Industrial Technologies will be hosting its 4th Industrial Energy Efficiency Symposium and Emposium at the Washington Hilton and Towers, Washington, D.C., Feb. 19-22. The central theme of this year's symposium is "Industries of the Future," focusing on these energy-consuming industries -- chemicals, petroleum, forest products, agriculture, steel, aluminum, metalcasting, glass, and mining. More than 200 exhibitors will be present and various speakers are scheduled to present five main tracks of topics that include:

  • Technology and Environmental Trends
  • Federal Technology Initiatives
  • A Look at Global Markets and Investment Potential
