The Fisher College of Business at the Ohio State University, Columbus, will conduct a supply-chain-management program Nov. 17-21. The focus of the seminar is on what Fisher defines as the core processes that must be linked throughout the supply chain: customer relationship management; customer service management; order fulfillment; demand management; supplier relationship management; manufacturing flow management; product development commercialization; and returns management. The seminar also will examine supply-chain mapping, supply-chain metrics and electronic links in the supply chain. The program will be held in the Pfahl Executive Conference Center on the campus of OSU. The program fee is $4,250, which includes lodging.
