Mike Trinks

With over 15 years of public accounting experience, Mike specializes in audit and consulting for clients primarily in the manufacturing, technology, biotech, construction and service sectors. Mike has managed public and private company financial statements and Sarbanes-Oxley audits. His experiences include stepping into both manufacturing and technology companies in an interim CFO role and also includes assisting clients in a similar role with the task of filing public S-1 registration statements with the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC). In addition to having expertise with SEC and US Generally Accepted Auditing and Reporting Standards, Mike has managed audits under International Auditing Standards and assisted certain clients with reporting transitions from US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Prior to joining FML, he was a senior auditor at a national firm. He then held an accounting manager post at CIGNA HealthCare, overseeing financial reporting for a division that generated over $100 million dollars in annual revenues.
