Louise Dalton
Louise Dalton is director, global supply chain for the Timken Company. Named to this position in 2020, Dalton is responsible for leading the company’s global supply chain function, which includes demand planning, supply and inventory planning, logistics, warehousing and global customer service. In addition, she leads the continuous improvement and business process execution teams within the supply chain organization.
Prior to being named director, global supply chain, Dalton served as general manager of global analytics. She joined Timken in 2008 as a manufacturing engineer manager and held the roles of global supply chain manager – aerospace and demand manager, and general manager of global distribution.
Prior to joining Timken, she held various engineering management roles and launched her own manufacturing consulting business.
Dalton earned her bachelor’s degree in engineering from Brunel University, England and a master’s degree in business administration from Boston University’s school of management.
A native of Glasgow, Scotland, Louise lives in Canton, Ohio with her husband, Ethan, and four children.
