Horse-Drawn Carriages at the Factory Door

Hello transportation world.

I’m the new Associate Editor at IndustryWeek and am in charge of covering those things that fly, drive, sail and move on tracks — as it relates to manufacturing. To be honest, I might even write about horse-drawn carriages if that’s how a factory is moving its products.

As I will be the new face of transportation for you, the reader, I thought it only fitting we get to know one another.

I’m a native of Northeast Ohio and attended the University of Pittsburgh, where I studied journalism and film (Yes, I will try to bring a multimedia aspect to my coverage). I’ve worked at a daily newspaper and two business weekly newspapers, covering everything from real estate to finance to manufacturing.

I'm excited to report on trends and developments in the transportation sector and produce valuable analysis. But, most of all, I can’t wait to tell your stories.

As I develop my coverage here at IW, I’d love to get to know all of you as well. Feel free to shoot me an email ([email protected]), connect with me on LinkedIn or send me a tweet. I look forward to hearing your insights, learning your strategies and providing you with the type of quality news you’ve come to expect from IW.
