We haven't had any major cyberattacks upon manufacturing companies to cover lately. Even so, it's important to keep cybersecurity on your priorities list.
Statistics show the frequency of cyberattacks upon manufacturing (and every other sector, for that matter) only gets worse. It's just a matter of time before the next devastating breach and, thanks to the SEC and Form 8-K, competitors and investors will hear all about it.
