Even in ideal times, manufacturers have to adapt constantly to changing economic conditions, shifting demand from key customers and the constant drive to improve operations. It’s never easy, but 2022 was harder than many years because of supply chain constraints, rapidly rising interest rates, labor shortages and countless other challenges.

That wide range of challenges and opportunities was well reflected in our website traffic this year, with audience members reading stories about a massive variety of topics.
