Mary Ellen Jordan is special counsel in Jones Walker’s Labor & Employment Practice Group, where she concentrates on business immigration and immigration compliance matters. She assists corporate clients hiring foreign nationals in the visa application process, advises and trains employers on immigration compliance, and represents clients served with ICE inspections and subpoenas.
