Eric Sydell
Eric Sydell, Ph.D., is one of the founders of Shaker, and directs Shaker’s research and innovation initiatives. Eric has pioneered the application of artificial intelligence to assessments. Over the last 20 years he has developed new ways to leverage technology to improve the assessment and selection process, and elevate the candidate experience. A regular presenter at conferences, he has published work on simulation scoring and lectured on assessment innovation, testing procedures, and other human resource issues.
When not working, Eric can be found playing his guitars and doing his best to keep up with his newly teenage identical twin daughters.
