ByJohn S. McClenahen Following last week's Washington visit by Peruvian President Alejandro Toledo and at the request of U. S. President George W. Bush, Commerce Secretary Donald Evans is scheduled to lead a group of U.S. business executives on a trade mission to Peru and Chile in early December. The delegation is expected to include executives from the U.S. information-technology, communications-technology, energy, machinery and medical-equipment industries. The mission is slated to begin on Dec. 2 in Lima, Peru, and conclude in Santiago, Chile ,on Dec. 6. And it is likely to take place as the Bush Administration is completing negotiations with Chile on a free-trade agreement.
