Nearly four out of five people who responded to the recently released Human Resources Practice Survey conducted by the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, and the Deloitte & Touche Human Resources Practice Group, say that the quality and skill level of employees is a major problem. Indeed, 22% ranked it as the No. 1 human resources problem that they face today.
