In her new book, Management Metaphysics, author Ursula Hull offers managers a unique guide to solve employee problems. Hull suggests that a metaphysical principle can be applied to any given situation and that divine order must be achieved to make an organization function smoothly. Divided into three sections, the book provides leadership suggestions for supervisors and managers, tips on how managers can treat each other with respect, and solutions for managers who face less-than-satisfactory practices directed toward them by superiors. "We create our own environment by the way our thoughts and deeds regard others in the work place," says Hull. "Organizational effectiveness only can be achieved through an ideological change that encompasses higher spiritual awareness and moral values. This awareness will allow a power greater than ourselves to determine our actions."
