He is an expert in strategy, cost transformation and performance improvement with deep skills in operations, competitive cost, growth, product/service pricing, risk management, sourcing and supply chain, and mergers and acquisition. Clients served range in size from Fortune 500 to middle-market and private equity/family office owned firms. Prior to founding CCP, Scott was with Booz Allen Hamilton/Booz & Company/PwC Strategy&/PwC for nearly twenty-five years, based in the firm’s Chicago, Amsterdam, London, New York and Cleveland offices.
