Before joining the staff in 2004, Selko was managing editor of corporate publications at a large regional financial institution. She was also an editor for the U.S. based publication of a medical manufacturing company. Prior to that she ran a public relations and marketing company that published a best-selling healthcare book. Selko received a bachelor's of business administration from the University of Michigan.


Kevin Prouty
Director, Discrete Manufacturing

Before joining Infor as director for manufacturing solutions, Kevin Prouty spent over five years as senior director of manufacturing solutions at Motorola and was the resident expert on technology's role in Lean. Prior to Motorola, he was research director for manufacturing and automotive at AMR Research and Gartner G2, where he spent a cumulative six years.

Leading up to his his research role, Prouty spent over 15 years as both a user and system integrator of production operations software. He spent over five years as a plant manager and project manager at a large automotive supplier, managing a large workforce and business that produced tooling for automotive and industrial companies. He was responsible for all automation of the facility, including integration of automated process and information systems into all aspects of the business. In addition, Prouty helped lead the re-engineering team that implemented ERP and shop floor systems throughout the company. Prior to that, Prouty was a systems project manager for a software company and a manufacturing engineer for a large industrial company.

Andrew Diamond
CIO
Optical Experts Manufacturing, Inc.

Andrew Diamond is chief information officer for Optical Experts Manufacturing, Inc., a leading provider of optical media services to the publishing, marketing/promotion, corporate information and home entertainment markets. Oem is a vertically integrated manufacturer, assembler, packager and distributor of optical (CD, DVD, Bluray) and print media. Diamond has over 20 years experience in manufacturing and distribution. In addition to his current role, he has been a COO and CFO in two other small – midsize manufacturing companies. He has also previously worked in the financial function for PPG Industries and in operations for FedEx. In addition to industry experience, he was company commander of an attack helicopter company in the U.S. Army.

Diamond's industry focus has been in aerospace, defense and automotive. His primary work for the last 15 years has been the integration of shop floor control and costing into the financial reporting of the companies he has worked with. He has also been a seminar small group facilitator for "Cost Accounting for Manufacturing Competitiveness." He holds a bachelor's in economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a master's in business administration, with a concentration in Operations, from the University of Pittsburgh's Katz Graduate School of Business.
