Your customers are demanding faster deliverability and more flexibility. How do you streamline all aspects of your organization, keep costs under control, and still manage to deliver on customer service? By adopting advanced principles of lean manufacturing, you can continue today to identify which processes add the most value -- and which processes can be eliminated to reduce waste. View this on-demand event to hear how you can build upon your lean improvements.

Jeff Glaze, president of Decorated Products, provides a real world example of how lean has evolved at his company's mixed-mode manufacturing plant. Decorated Products had success in its past lean initiatives, but the company needed to take its lean program to the next level. The company realized the importance of lean being an ongoing process and not a static one.

Some of the advanced lean techniques you learn about from Decorated Products include:

  • Business process management improvements

  • Business activity queries

  • Lot control management

You also hear from Rod Winger and Brandon Gibbs, two experts who have spent time working with a wide range of manufacturing companies.

  • Winger presents several advanced lean manufacturing techniques, and he shows you how ERP systems help enable lean improvements across the organization.

  • Gibbs discusses how technology can help enable progressive lean manufacturing. By taking advantage of new technology such as service-oriented architectures and business event processing, companies can more easily integrate new and existing business applications, gain greater control and visibility over their real-time processes, and find new ways of reducing costs and improving efficiency.

Learn now how to start driving even more value and eliminating waste with these advanced lean manufacturing principles. View this on-demand event now.
