Conference Information
In these tough economic times, running lean is more important than ever. Facing intense competition from low-cost countries, rising regulatory compliance demands and more, manufacturers today are challenged to maintain production, quality and profits to stay ahead of their competition.
One of the most important issues that manufacturers need to address with any lean initiative is the integrity, accuracy and availability of information across the operation or process. Information is the key to identifying wasteful processes and practices. Enterprise mobility offers companies a powerful way to capture, connect, communicate and control their information to create an error-proof, lean manufacturing environment -- as well as a platform for continuous improvement.
